transfers messages in a pipeline identical to socketpipe_gsched
ccsm
- main thread creates a ccsm set
- pipeline threads add themselves to the set
- main thread is not added to the set
- uses ccsm api
group scheduling
- uses group scheduling in the same way as socketpipe_gsched
- uses group scheduling api

events are recorded using the task filter
- filter on the ccsm set created by the main thread
group scheduling/ccsm narrative should show rendezvous
