Description
Among his responsibilities, Hui implements the proposal review and evaluation process for the Photonics and Device Technologies Program . Hui is gaining useful experience in the development, coordination and management of large and complex Federal programs. The National Science Foundation benefits from his academic and scientific insights. His managerial and technical background enhances the management, operation, and evaluation of programs within the Division. The University of Kansas Center for Research, Inc. will benefit from the knowledge and experience Hui is gaining in the program and policy-level matters and issues involving these sciences at the Federal level.
