Version 1.1 - Feb. 2009
DDINet provides a network of interacting protein domains, which is modeled by an undirected graph where vertices correspond to Pfam domains, and edges represent interactions inferred using our proposed model. The domain-domain interaction network is composed of 5,582 domains and 20,837 interactions including both Pfam-A and Pfam-B domains. Domain-domain interactions are inferred from cross-species protein-protein interaction data.
