A VHDL-Based Telemetry Waveform Generator

Description
In this project, we are developing a waveform generator for MIL-STD SOQPSK, SOQPSK-TG, and ARTM CPM; these are three modulation formats found in aeronautical telemetry and military satellite communication standards. The generator will be implemented in VHDL, and will have a companion design document that will give a thorough mathematical description of the waveforms, a complete description of the VHDL architecture, and a performance evaluation of the VHDL implementation.
