Description
In this project, ITTC/KU will develop, demonstrate and report on the capability of transferring custody of a container from one organization to another through the Transportation Security SensorNet (TSSN) and the Trade Data Exchange database. This will be accomplished through the use of cell phones initiating and receiving SMS or e-mail messages that will be processed and relayed to the TDE.
